Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 888apk ("Company", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application and all services offered by the 888apk platform.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any part of our platform, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 888apk.

888apk reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or in-platform notification before any material changes take effect. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 888apk platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not subject to any local legal restrictions that prohibit the use of online wagering services.
• Registering using true, accurate and up-to-date personal information.
• Have never been banned or suspended from the 888apk platform previously.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, bank account number, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of remaining balances.

During the KYC verification process, you may be required to submit a valid proof of identity (such as MyKad, passport or driving licence), proof of current address and bank account details. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the KYC process is fully completed.

User Account

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. All activity carried out through your account is deemed to have been performed by you, unless you can prove otherwise.

Deposit & Withdrawal

All deposits and withdrawals on the 888apk platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX, direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and crypto assets such as USDT.

Deposit Requirements

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must originate from an account registered under the same name as the member.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned after a 10% administrative fee has been deducted.
• 888apk reserves the right to hold any deposit suspected of originating from an unlawful source until the investigation is complete.

Withdrawal Requirements

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the 888apk account.
• Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour on business days.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be automatically forfeited.
• 888apk reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal request that exceeds a specified limit.

Bonus & Promotions

888apk offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly rebates, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the Promotions ours.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is subject to rollover requirements (re-wagering) that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Members are entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• 888apk reserves the right to withdraw, void, or modify any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse.
• Use of multiple accounts or betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 888apk platform are subject to the game rules set by the respective providers and 888apk's internal policies. Official results announced by the relevant sports body or game operator will be used as the basis for determining bet outcomes.

Sports Betting

• Odds displayed are current at the time the bet is placed. Any odds changes after a bet is confirmed will not affect existing bets.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours, bets will be voided and funds returned to the account balance.
• Bets placed due to a technical error causing clearly incorrect odds may be voided by 888apk.
• 888apk reserves the right to limit or decline bets from any member without being required to provide a reason.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino and slot games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent auditing bodies to ensure fairness.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, the system will attempt to restore the last session. If restoration is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the bet refunded.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game can be found in the respective game information.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the 888apk platform and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or using more than one account.
• Using automation software, bots or any unauthorised third-party tools to manipulate games or betting.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of fraud, falsification of information or impersonation of another person.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing another person to use your account.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other members.

Account Closure

888apk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious activity or suspected involvement in fraud or money laundering.
• Inability to verify a member's identity through the KYC process.
• Account closure requested by the member for responsible gambling reasons.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, 888apk reserves the right to forfeit all remaining funds including cash and bonuses. If closure is not due to a violation, valid remaining funds (after deducting any bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the member within 7 business days.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 888apk customer support team via live chat. Account closure requests for responsible gaming will be processed promptly without any delays.

Privacy Policy & Data

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy 888apk, which forms part of this agreement. By using our platform, you agree to the data practices described in that Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

888apk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, funds, or data due to internet disruption or device failure.
• Actions by third parties such as payment providers or game providers that are beyond the control of 888apk.
• Betting outcomes resulting from a member acting on incorrect information or differing interpretations.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of 888apk to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Service Changes

888apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, games, promotions, or services at any time. This includes changes to odds, betting limits, supported payment methods, and platform features.

Any material changes affecting the rights or obligations of members will be communicated at least 7 days before taking effect, except in situations where immediate notice is required to comply with the law or protect platform security.
